Up to what strength can you have your eyes lasered?

At Focus Eye Clinic, we can correct different strengths with laser eye surgery, depending on the technique used and the thickness of your cornea:

- Nearsightedness (myopia): up to about -10.00 diopters

- Farsightedness (hyperopia): up to about +6.00 diopters

- Astigmatism: up to about -6.00 diopters

For higher strengths or a cornea that is too thin, an implantable contact lens (ICL) or lens replacement is often a better option. During a screening at Focus Eye Clinic, we determine which treatment is best suited for your eyes.
